It's thanksgiving morning in reno nv. Stumbled across your magnificent web site via Andrew Petersons Thanksgiving poem where you posted link to yours. After reading many of your posts, I just wanted to encourage you and tell you how wonderful it is. I will be sharing it with other folks! I checked out your books you recommend. I'd like to recommend " the good and beautiful god" by James Bryan smith. He actually has 3 in a series he wrote. You'd love all 3. He's a Dallas Willard guru. We have called him Dallas for dummies. Anyway.....
Thanks again.

Hi Nathanael,
I just read Peter Rollin's blog on "knowing" - or more rightly, "not wanting to know". From there I ambled over to your site and found your amazing poems and thoughts. How many of us prefer our feigned innocence over acknowledgement of our crooked like hearts (as Ann Lamott put it). Your poem is very good. Borrowed Breath-what a great website name. Borrowed from our Creator, from each other, from the air of God's earthly home here. Keep up your musings. They're thought provoking and gave me "breath" this evening. I jotted down some of your recent reads as well. :-) And congrats on your newest miracle. Blessings, Shelley
