need to read again

Well, I just finished “Jesus Wants to Save Christians” by Rob Bell and Don Golden. And due to various distractions, I am going to have to read it again.
Initial thoughts…I loved this book. I know Rob has his critics. But anyone who reads this book will immediately realize that Rob Bell loves God and His Word and His bride and His world. This book is loosely based on a sermon series called “The New Exodus” that these two authors collaborated on a few years ago regarding the church in exile.
As I said, I need to re-read this book and focus more.
And Lord-willing, I will absorb more this time around.
Rob has a unique writing style.
It annoyed me at first when I was reading “Velvet Elvis.”
But once I realized that Rob is writing like he talks, it made more sense.
I highly recommend this book…unless you are comfortable.
