why do good people suffer?
Jan 23rd, 2008 by Nathanael
I am taking an Old Testament Survey correspondence course from Moody Bible Institute, which I am thoroughly enjoying.
One of the papers I have to write is based on the book of Job. And the premise for the paper is the question, “Why do good people suffer?”
Part of the paper requires me to ask that question to three people. I tried to pick three people whom I respect from various backgrounds.
So now, just for my own curiosity, I am asking you.
Why do good people suffer?
Hey Nath,
Stopped by your blog…and wanted to respond to this post. I think you should interview Stef Wilson…she just preached this last sunday at her new church on this exact subject: Suffering. It was great! Maybe she will give you copy of her notes?
Anyway, just a tid-bit of info.
Katie
Thanks, K-8.
I appreciate the heads-up.
Miss your smiling face around the office.
